Refund Policy – Protégé Studio Inc.

This Refund Policy applies to all consultation services booked with Protégé Studio Inc. through this website.

1. Consultation Bookings & Payments
All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Prices for each consultation type are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

2. Cancellations
You may cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non‑refundable.
Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) are non‑refundable.

3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a consultation once, up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for refund or reschedule credit.
If Protégé Studio Inc. needs to reschedule your consultation, we will offer alternative dates/times. If no suitable time can be found, you may request a full refund.

4. Refunds
Eligible refunds (for timely cancellations or sessions canceled by Protégé Studio Inc.) will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are issued only for consultation fees. Any third‑party transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges are non‑refundable.

5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a consultation, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time and will be charged in full.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a missed appointment at our discretion and may not be eligible for refund or reschedule.

6. Service Scope
Our consultations provide strategic guidance and professional opinions based on the information you share.
Outcomes, results, or performance improvements are not guaranteed and are influenced by factors outside of Protégé Studio Inc.’s control.
Refunds are not provided on the basis of dissatisfaction with outcomes, business performance, or subjective expectations once a consultation has been delivered.

7. Changes to This Policy
Protégé Studio Inc. may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that consultation.
