No Guarantees & Liability: While we strive for excellence, we provide no guarantees regarding specific financial or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. You agree to indemnify Protégé Studios, Inc. against any third-party claims arising from your use of our work.
